What Lovegobuy is, and when another agent fits better

Every buying agent does the same four things. What separates them is where the margin sits, what the warehouse promises, and how much of it is written down.

Keyword or category. Six fields decide whether what you find can be ordered.

Definition

What Lovegobuy is

Lovegobuy is a buying agent: it purchases from Chinese shopping platforms on your behalf, receives the goods at its warehouse in Xiamen, Fujian, inspects them, stores them, and forwards what you choose to ship. The search box reaches Taobao, Tmall, 1688 and Weidian directly, and JD.com, Yupoo, Xianyu, Zhuanzhuan, Xiaohongshu and Poizon/Dewu are handled through the Fill & Buy request form.

The site runs in English, Portugues, Espanol, Italiano, Deutsch, Francais, Polski, Arabic, Simplified Chinese and Dutch and prices in USD, EUR, GBP, BRL, CNY, PLN and RUB. Scale claims the operator makes about itself are left off this site, because no one outside the company can check them.

Identity

Who operates it

The contact page names the operating company as Sufei International Trading Co Ltd, company number 74823092, registered at RM26 2/F, No. 118 Wai Yip Street, Kwun Tong, Hong Kong. Support runs through a Discord service ticket, a Telegram group, a WhatsApp number and [email protected].

The operator publishes no founding year, so none appears here. A third-party profile gives a founding year and a different warehouse city; both conflict with the operator's own pages, so neither is printed on this site.

Fit

Why Lovegobuy suits some orders

Three things fit a first-time buyer. There is no separate service fee line to model, which makes a first budget simpler. Free storage is 60 days free, long enough to collect from several shops. Inspection with photos is included rather than sold. All three are published in the operator's help centre, read 2026-10-10.

A third-party fee tracker records $0 service fee, 60 days free storage and +8.3% all-in markup and a +8.3% exchange-rate margin for this operator, third-party fee tracker, as of 2026-10-02.

Honesty

When you should use a different agent

If your parcel is fragile or expensive, check the insurance list first: GD-EUB, GD-EMS, NL post General and Electronic, the MX, CL and BR lines and HKUPS 6000 do not support insurance. An agent whose cheapest line supports cover may be worth more than a lower headline quote.

If you need a power-on test on electronics, this is not the operator for it; electronics are checked for appearance only, with no power-on test. And if you want the margin visible as a fee line rather than folded into the conversion rate, an agent that charges an explicit percentage will be easier to audit.

Method

How to judge an agent before committing

Four checks that take ten minutes and do not need an account. Find the operating company and its registration number somewhere on the site. Find the free storage period and what happens the day after it ends. Find the inspection scope and, more importantly, the part the inspection excludes. Then convert one real basket and compare the total against another agent's total for the same basket, rather than comparing fee percentages.

Every one of those four is written down somewhere on this operator's help centre, which is itself a signal. An agent that answers none of them in writing has answered the question.

Paid services are priced per item on their own dialogs, which is where the small print of an agent usually lives.

Landscape

Other agents you will see named

Community lists usually point at several agents for the same find, and the differences that matter are narrow: whether there is a service fee line, how long free storage lasts, how many inspection photos are standard, and which lines carry insurance. Those four are comparable because each one is published.

Service speed, dispute handling and the risk of an agent collapsing are not comparable from public data, so no site can rank them honestly, including this one. Judge those from the written terms and from how much of the operation is documented, not from a league table.

Taking a ready find to the agent

When all six fields are set, the next screen is the operator's. Registration asks for an email address, a username and a password.
